Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. No, we are completely online based.
Q. Can we come and check the products?
A. Sorry, we do not keep stock of our products.
Q. Can we return the product if it’s not similar as shown on the picture?
A. Yes you can :)
Q. Where is your office?
A. Our office is located in Sundhara, you can also find us on google maps.
Q. Do you open on Saturdays?
A. We are open via website but will only dispatch orders on weekdays.
Q. Do you deliver before 11 o’clock in the morning?
A. Sorry our delivery starts after 11am.
Q. Do you provide cash on delivery?
A. Cash on delivery is only for inside ring road (Kathmandu) and for outside valley payment has
to be made prior via esewa or IME.
Q. Do you take card payment on delivery?
A. Sorry, not yet, but, in the future “yes”
Q. Do you set up the products bought from your web portal?
A. On request we will provide plumbers and electricians for setup.
- The set-up cost and the payment process will be completely between you and the third party.
Q. Do you advertise and sell products of a third party on your website?
A. All the products on our portal are from different suppliers. To advertise or promote your
